We operate M-F, 9-5, EST. Orders received after 5 p.m. on Friday, Saturdays & Sundays begin processing on Monday a.m. We do not work on these U.S. Holidays: New Year's Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day.

We will convo you a low-res digital proof of your art print in 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS. Once your approval is received, we will put your order in the printing queue. If we do not hear back from you in 5 BUSINESS DAYS, you agree this is automatic approval & your order will be put in the printing queue to be printed and shipped. IMPORTANT: Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not considered business days!

We ship to your default ETSY Shipping address unless you supply a different shipping address at the time of your order. If you need to change or update your shipping address after your order has been placed, please CONVO us asap so we may update that in our system.

Customers are responsible for additional shipping charges if an order is returned due to incorrect or insufficient address. Please check the "ship to" address when placing your order!

Processing is the time it takes to create/customize your design. See individual listings for times or convo us. Upgraded shipping does NOT mean a shorter processing time. We offer a DIGITAL ONLY version of any print design for those in a time crunch.

UNITED STATES: Standard Shipping- USPS First Class (2-6 bus days) with Tracking. Upgrade to Priority (2-3 bus days)is available. Occasionally some 1st class packages may take 10 or more business days.

CANADA: Standard Shipping- USPS First Class International. Most orders will arrive in 10-20 days. Some orders could take 3 weeks or longer (rarely) if caught up in customs.

We are confident in the quality of our products and want your complete satisfaction! We do inspect all printed products carefully for defects and accuracy, but if there is a defect, please let us know via convo (include photo of defect or damage including damaged package) so we can work to replace your product asap. We do not offer reprints on custom or personalized orders unless there is a defect or damage. We cannot make returns due to slight color variances as color varies between computer monitors on the web and actual printed products.

If you do have any questions or problems with your order, please convo us so we can work to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Providing excellent customer service is our top priority!

We accept order cancellations within 4 hours. After that, it is on a case by case basis. If you order has begun processing, we may allow a cancellation with a partial refund depending on how far into the production process we are with your order. If custom work has been completed on your order, we cannot offer a cancellation or refund.

CANADA: Orders are shipped from our US Production Partner. Most orders will arrive in 10-20 days, but some orders could take up to 3 weeks. Some packages could get caught in customs and take longer than 3 weeks (rarely).

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. The buyer is responsible for all customs fees and/or taxes. Please do not ask us to mark an item as a gift or a lower value to avoid custom fees. This is illegal and we will not do it.

We will convo you a Low Resolution digital proof of your personalized digital order within 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS. Once we receive your proof approval, we will email your high resolution file to your etsy email address. Usually this is within a few hours, but it could be up to 24 hours. If you send approval on the weekend, your file will be emailed on Monday. Digital/Printable orders are digital files ONLY. No print will be sent to you when you purchase a digital printable file.
